It has come to our attention that there are counterfeit versions of Hitachi Robot Vacuum Cleaner currently being sold at low-priced in various online marketplaces. These fake products do not satisfy our standards of quality assurance and product safety and cannot be warranted by AHVN in any means.
We issue this warning notice to all our valuable customers to avoid confusion and false purchases, we keep investigating counterfeit products and would like to draw your attention as follows:

• AHVN is distributing Hitachi Branded Robot vacuum cleaner 2 models: RV-X20M and RV-X15N, product details at the link https://www.hitachi-homeappliances.com/vn-en/products/vacuum-cleaner/. Other than these Robot models are non-genuine goods.
• We strongly recommend to buy Hitachi products distributed at reputable supermarkets, electronics stores, and authorized AHVN dealers only.
