Vacuum Cleaners

a. Kindly use the small brush to brush the dust box as well as the HEPA filters.
b. Shake off the dust at the B-filter and wash it.
c. Do ensure that the items are fully dry before reinstalling.
d. If items were used when not fully dry, would result in future blockage as well as bad odor

The weak suction could be due to the following reasons:
a. The vacuum hose could be blocked by the collected dust, hair or other things.
Please remove them.
b. The vacuum head could be blocked by the collected dust, hair, or other things.
Please remove them.
c. The vacuum box or dust bags could be full, kindly empty and clean them.
d. The filter could be blocked by the collected dust, kindly clean them.

The vacuum cleaner can get heated for many reasons. Check if the dust case and filters are clean. Also check if nozzle and hose are clear of any obsticle, because this can cause the blockage for the air circulation inside the vacuum cleaners

Check if the dust case full of dust and debris remove and clean dust case and filter before use

Is the remaining battery level low? [Battery indicator blinks (about two times per second)] try charging the battery again before use
