First, you need to know the size of the room.You can measuring it by multiplying the length and width of the room in metre.
Then, multiple the value with Standard Cooling Load Estimation which is 800. For example, if you room is 3 metres wide and 5 metres in length,
the appropriate Air Cond. BTU should be 3*5*800 = 12,000 BTU.
However, there are also other factors that affect the Cooling Load Estimation. These include room type ( bedroom, living room or kitchen), room location (close to heat source or not)
For example, if the room gets the sunlight the whole day, the Cooling Load Estimation used in calculation should be 900 instead of 800.

An Inverter air cond. is made up of a variable compressor speed which is not to allow the compressor to run at full power all the time.
Unlike the non-inverters, inverter air conditioners do not automatically turn on and off every time they reach certain
temperature limits; instead, they just cruise along maintaining and adjusting the temperature constantly.
With the inverter operation, the cooling is automated in an energy-efficient, smooth manner and quite oepration.
As for non-inverters, the air conditioner is operated by simply being switched on or off in controlling it temperature.
The compressor motor here controls the compressor as needed. A constant amount of energy is delivered to the compressor which causes it to run at a fixed speed. 
This results in less enegy efficient as compared to the inverters. Moreover, the non-inverter model usually turns on and off
any time they reach a certain temperature which is considered to be their limitation. Also, the system is made to work harder and is also
made to produce a whole lot of noise as a result of working harder.

PM2.5 Wasabi Filter is estimated to have 1 year lifetime usage. However, this also depends on personal usage.
The filter should be changed if its colour start to change to grey. The filter can be cleaned by vacumm cleaner. Do not wash by rinsing water.

The models that have Automatic Frost Wash, Frost Wash can only be operated while the air conditioner is in OFF mode and when there is no person in the room.
The models with Manual Frost Wash, Frost Wash can only be operated when the air conditioner is in OFF mode and Frost Wash button is manually pressed by user only.

-Compressor of inverter air conditioner = 10 years from purchase date
- Compressor of other air conditioner = 7 years from purchase date
- Condenser and Evaporator of air conditioner = 4 years from purchase date
- PCB board = 1 year from purchase date ( This covers damage from reptiles or insects)

It is recommended to have the Frost Wash operated every 2 weeks. Not operating Frost Wash for a long period of time would cause accumulation of dust or partricles which would be difficult to be removed.

It is recommended to clean the pre filter every 2 weeks or every 200 hours of usage or when the indicator lights in order to prevent the prefilter to become dusty.
Dusty air filter will reduce  the air volume and the cooling efficiency which will lead to electric energy wasting eventually.

To prevent the whole unit during lightning, please stop operating the air conditioner and turn off the circuit breaker.

When the indoor unit is not to be used for a long period of time, please swith off the power from the mains. If the power from the mains remains ON, the indoor unit stills comsumes about 2.5W in the operation control circuit even if it is in OFF mode.

1. Check if the circuit breaker is ON
2. Check the baterry of remote control and check whether the remote control can be used or not
3. Check the Indoor Unit Indicators, refer to the user manual if there is any lamp lights or contact your service agents.

1. Is the filter cleaned?
2. Does the sunlight fall directly on to outdoor unit?
3. Is the air flow of the outdoor unit obstructed?
4. Are the doors or windows opened, or is there any source of heat in the room?
5. Is the set temperature suitable?
6. Is your house electricity system in normal operation?

A small amount of steam may be emitted, this is not abnormal.

On the remote control, press REFRESH and FROTWASH buttons simultananeously for 3 seconds until you hear Beep Beep sound.

It is recommended to decrease the room temperature to be lower than outside temperature and the odor should disappear.
If the odor still come out, please contact your service agent.
