Warranty Conditions

All products are under 1 year warranty after purchase date, except some special parts as mentioned below:

- 1-Door Refrigerator, Freezer and Water Dispenser - 5 years warranty for compressor

- 2-Door Refrigerator and above - 10 years warranty for compressor

- Refrigerator - 2 years warranty for Water Dispenser Button

- Non-Inverter Air Conditioner - 7 years warranty for compressor , Inverter Air Conditioner - 10 years warranty for compressor

- Air Conditioner - 4 Years warranty for Evaporator of Condensing Unit and Fan Coil Unit

- Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer - 10 years warranty for motor

- Shower Heater and Water Heater - 5 years warranty for heater tank

- Water Pump - 5 years warranty for Motor and Stainless-Steel Tank

- Rice Cooker - 5 years warranty for heating plate

- Microwave oven - 5 years from warranty for Magnetron (excluding made in Japan model)

- Fan - 3 Years warranty for motor

The warranty of some special part are cover only parts. There will be no charge of any expense in the first year.
(except for remote area and islands)

After first year of warranty, user will be responsible for labor fees, transportation fees, charging of refrigerant system, refrigerant cost and all expenses.
Warranty of Small Domestic Appliances does not cover transportation fee, except for Shower Heater, Water Heater and Water Pump.

1. The user has to show this warranty card when asking for services.
   Otherwise, the free-of-charge service is not applicable.
2. The warranty card is not valid in case of
   1. Model name and serial number do not correspond between the warranty card and the repaired goods.
   2. The warranty card has been tampered, defaced, altered or edited in any manner
3. The free-of-charge repairing is provided for 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults or material defect as normal usage follow instruction manual. In case user cannot declare purchase date, expiration period will be referred from warranty card.
4. In case of over 1 year warranty, user will be responsible for all expenses.
5. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from faulty installation and does not cover maintenance and cleaning services.
6. The warranty does not cover the products which being used outside Thailand.
7. The warranty does not cover any defect caused by the following cases:
   1. Business or commercial use or misuse from instruction manual.
   2. Natural calamity such as flood, thunder-bolt, any natural disaster, etc.
   3. Fire, Chemical, Gas, Abnormal Electricity
   4. Damages from all kind of animals (except controller board of air conditioner which is under warranty for damage from lizard, rat, ants or insects within 1 year after purchase date.)
   5. Alteration, Modification, Wrong repairing or Transportation.
8. Out-of-warranty part are:
   1. Internal parts such as rubber, any kinds of filter and etc.
   2. External parts such as cabinet, knob, remote controller, battery, button, copper and etc.
   3. Accessories which being made of rubber or plastic
   4. Components which are made of glass such as shelf or glass door of refrigerator, glass lid assembly of washing machine, and etc.
9. In the case of dispute, all reference text shall be in Thai.
