5-Year Warranty Terms and Conditions
for VH Series Air Conditioners

RAK/RAS-VH10PCAST, RAK/RAS-VH13PCAST, RAK/RAS-VH18PCAST, and RAK/RAS-VH24PCAST.
Product Warranty Conditions:

1. The product warranty coverage of 5 years are valid immediately from the date of purchase, as indicated on the tax invoice.
2. The warranty for the aforementioned air conditioner models is subject to the following conditions:
• Products installed within Thailand only.
• Free labour, transportation, and refrigerant system maintenance for 5 years. (Except remote area or island, All transportation expense will be responsible by user throughout the warranty period)
• Free parts and major component warranty for 5 years, excluding the following items:
• Remote control: 1-year warranty, excluding damage from falls, impacts, or breakage.
• Filters, front covers, or plastic components that deteriorate, crack, break, or fade due to usage (the company reserves the right not to provide warranty coverage).
• Circuit boards damaged by ants, insects, or other animals are claimable once within the 5-year period.
• Compressor: 10-year warranty.
• The warranty does not cover cleaning or other maintenance services.
3. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from the following causes:
• Use for commercial or business purposes, misuse, or incorrect usage as described in the user manual.
• Acts of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, lightning, or other natural disasters.
• Fire, chemicals, gas, electrical overloads, falls, or abnormalities.
• Modifications, alterations, additions, lack of user knowledge, or damages during transportation.
4. The company does not have a policy for exchanging indoor or outdoor units as a set. If it can be proven that any unit is faulty, only that unit will be replaced. The unit's age must not exceed 14 days from the date of installation.
5. In the case of dispute, all reference text shall be in Thai.
