There are two methods:-

Kindly replace the water filter once every 3-4 years. Varies depending on water quality.

The noise is due to plastic contraction on temperature change in the freezer compartment. It will happen once a while after the compressor stops running. This is normal and will cause no damage to the unit.

Dirt and mold will form at door gasket which is made of rubber. It needs to be cleaned to prevent the mold formation. Maintenance is necessary.

This is normal. The construction of the hot pipe is running across the side body cabinet and front side. The heat is generated when the compressor is operating, but will reduce when the compressor stops.

1. Please check and make sure the ice maker function is activated and LED indicator lights on.
2. Please check if the water tank is filled with water.
3. Please make sure the water tank is fully inserted into slot and pushed behind the line.
4. Kindly note that for the first time of ice making, it takes longer time (even 24 hours). After that, usually it would take 2-3 hours to make 8 ice cubes.
5. Please check if ice compartment is already full of ice. When the sensor detects that the ice tank is full, auto ice making process will cease.

Please do not put liquid such as juices, soft drinks, tea etc. other than plain water into the water tank, as it may damage the ice maker.

The inverter compressor runs at a high speed during first time operation. The sound will be minimised after the inverter compressor slows down when the fridge reaches the optimal temperature.
