What should I do when there is no image projection?
The lens cap is attached - Remove the lens cap.
The brightness level is set to an extremely low level - Adjust the brightness to a higher level using the menu function or remote control.
The signal cables are not correctly connected - Correctly connect the connection cables.
The computer cannot detect the projector as a plug and play monitor - Do some toggling at the computer side (by pressing Fn + F button for window switching simultaneously)
What should I do when the picture appears dark?
The brightness and/or contrast is most likely adjusted to an extremely low level, so you should adjust BRIGHTNESS and/or CONTRAST settings to a higher level using the menu function.
The ECO MODE function is working. Select NORMAL for the ECO MODE item in the SETUP menu.
The lamp is approaching the end of its product lifetime. Replace the lamp with a new one.
What should I do when the picture appears blurry?
Either the focus and/or horizontal phase settings are not properly adjusted, so you should adjust the focus using the focus ring, and/or H PHASE using the menu function.
The lens surface might be dirty or misty. Clean the lens properly.
The lamp may have approached the end of its life. Replace it with a new lamp.
What should I do when the colour has a faded out appearance or the colour tone is poor?
Color settings are not correctly adjusted - Perform picture adjustments by changing the COLOR TEMP, COLOR, TINT and/or COLOR SPACE settings, using the menu functions.
COLOR SPACE setting is not suitable - Change the COLOR SPACE setting to AUTO, RGB, SMPTE240, REC709 or REC601.
How often should I replace the air filter?
Please check and clean the air filter periodically. When there are any indicators or messages which prompt you to clean the air filter, follow the instructions and do so as soon as possible. Replace the air filter when it is damaged or heavily soiled. Remember to reset the filter timer after replacing it.
How do I shut down the unit after usage?
Please do not switch off the unit immediately. We recommend you to follow these shut down procedures:- 1) Press the operate button 2 times.
2) Wait for the fan to stop and then let the projector cool down for about 2-3 minutes. 3) Off the main switch
How do I reset the filter time?
Go to menu, select 'filter time' function, press reset. *Varies with models
