Why is there steam leaking out from the oven door during cooking?: A small amount of steam may be emitted during cooking. This is normal.
Why is there smoke coming out from the oven during heating?: This is most probably caused by food residue that has remained in the microwave. Please clean the insides of the oven each time after using it.
Why is the fan still running even after cooking is completed?: After cooking is completed, or when "Cancel" is pressed, there are cases where the fan may run for about 10 minutes in order to cool down electrical components in the microwave, this is not a malfunction. When cooling completes, the fan will stop automatically.
Why can I see sparks when using the microwave oven?: This may be caused by certain unsuitable material being heated. Please use microwave-safe cookware.
