Why is the "Air Sensor" indicator lit in green constantly without change?
Please check the following:
Is the purifier installed in a place out of reach of odour? - Relocate air purifier.
Is odour sensor hole blocked by dust or other obstacle? - Clean the odour sensor.
Why does the "Air Sensor" indication keep blinking in green?
Please check if there is anything nearby that the odour sensor might sense, for example, any appliance generating combustion gas, alcohol, cosmetics, sprays, and etc. Purifier may sense invisible gas components that cannot be cleared by filter or continuous operation. Ventilate the room by opening window, etc.
Please check if odour sensor hole is blocked by dust or other obstacle. Clean the odor sensor.
