Why my vacuum cleaner stops.: Check if dust container is full. If so, dispose and clean dust container.
And check if hose ,nozzle or filter is blocked. If so, clean it.
If this is the cause, overheat protection could be activated. So to release this function, please wait for half an hour. If you still have problem, please contact HITACHI service center in your country.
Why my vacuum cleaner does not start.: 1. Check if the power plug is connected.
2. Check if the cable is damaged.
3. Check if power plug fuse is cut-off.

Why the noise from vacuum cleaner get worse?: Following are possible cause
1. Dust could block the path. Check if something blocked inside of nozzle or hose.

What is the difference between paper dust bag and cloth dust bag?: Paper dust bag is disposed after use. Cloth dust bag can be reused.
Why is the suction of the vacuum cleaner become weak?: The weak suction could be due to the following reasons:
a. The vacuum hose, head or filter could be blocked by the collected dust, hair or other things. Please remove them.
b. The vacuum box or dust bags could be full, empty and clean them.
