First Year - Parts and Labor Free.
Second Year - Parts only.
(Compressor only - 10 Years)		 Labour and transport charges for second year onward to tenth year: charging gas, cleaning and replacement of filler; accessories such as ice bank, glass shelves, crisper tray, ice tray, filter knobs/buttons, etc; and external parts such as cabinet, door, panel, door gasket, evaporator pan, etc.

*Replacement and servicing of compressor and critical components can only be performed by Hitachi authorized service centre.
WASHING MACHINE / TUMBLER DRYER 24 Months
 Accessories such as one-touch joint, filter, etc and external parts such as cabinet, lid, frontal panel, control knobs/buttons, cables, hoses and all other extensions, etc.
MICROWAVE OVEN 12 Months

Carry - In
repair only		 Accessories such as metal trays, racks, etc. and external parts such as door glass, control knobs and outer casing.
RICE COOKER 12 Months

Carry - In
repair only		 Accessories such as inner pot, rice scoop, measuring cup, etc. and external parts such as lid or cord assembly, holders, inner and outer casing.
VACUUM CLEANERS 12 Months

Carry - in
repair only		 Accessories such as filter, flexible hose, all suction nozzles, extension pipes etc and external parts such control knobs/buttons, outer casing and cables.

Weekend / Public Holiday servicing surcharge as follows:

S$180.00 for Refrigerator
S$100.00 for Washing Machine
