Warranty Information

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

All information fields on the warranty card must be completed in full.

This warranty shall be void and shall not apply in the following circumstances:

1. Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
2. Damage resulting from force majeure or uncontrollable events such as fire, lightning, flooding/water exposure, unstable electrical voltage (too high/too low), accidents, rodent damage, etc.
3. Any alteration to the warranty card, or if the warranty card does not match the product being repaired.
4. The product has been repaired or serviced by unauthorized parties other than our official technicians from the head office, branch offices, or authorized Hitachi service centers in Indonesia.
5. The product is used outside the territory of Indonesia.
6. Damage to accessories or external parts such as cabinet/body, remote control, hose, and other attachments.
7. Commercial or home business usage (specifically for washing machines).
8. Consumable spare parts such as batteries, filters, carbon brushes, and fan belts.

If the product does not meet the warranty terms stated above, the owner will be charged for repair services and spare parts in accordance with our applicable rates.

This warranty does not cover maintenance services such as cleaning (indoor and outdoor units for air conditioners) or pipe installation for water pumps.

Repairs performed outside the designated service center area will be subject to transportation charges for each technician visit.

For small appliances (e.g., Rice Cooker, Vacuum Cleaner, Air Purifier, etc.), repairs can only be carried out at the nearest authorized service center.
