"The child-lock function is one of our favourite features of our Hitachi fridge. Once activated, it ensures that all temperature controls remain unchanged--safe from curious children.

Our kids enjoy fiddling with the buttons while playing with the fridge, and they may accidentally change the temperature when doing so. This child-lock feature is very helpful as it'll lock down all the temperature controls."
