Is there water in the water tank? If no, fill it with water.
Is the humidifying filter dirty? If yes, clean the filter first.
Is the operation in any of the "Air Purify", "Pollen", or "Strong Deodorization" mode? If yes, switch to "Humidifier" mode.
Why is the "Clean Humidifying Filter" indicator still on, even after I have cleaned the humidifying filter?

How do I maintain the humidifying filter (orange colour) ?
If the air purifier is not going to be used for a long period of time (3 days or more), make sure the humidifying filter and water tank are dry. Do not directly expose it under sunlight.
