Kindly check if the temperature set is too high.
OR, the selection of the operating mode is incorrect.
OR, the set is dirty.
OR, there is insufficient refrigerant.
OR, the unit is undersized.
OR, the orientation of the room, e.g. facing direct sunlight. OR, poor distribution of air in the entire room due to the shape of the room.
OR, poor location of air conditioner and blockage of the outlet by furniture, decorative items, etc.

Customer is advised to do the following:
Filter cleaning : every 2 weeks
Chemical cleaning : every 6 months to 1 1/2 year depending on the frequency of usage and condition of the surrounding environment.

To enable Quiet / Silent Mode simply press the button to reduce the indoor unit operating sound. This function is especially convenient when operating near a sleeping baby.

Auto Mode automatically sets the temperature and fan speed depending on the room temperature detected by the room temperature sensor. It is recommended to use 'Cool Mode'.

1. Freezing cold temperature is bad for health and a waste of electric power.
2. Install curtains or blinds so that it is possible to reduce heat entering the room through the windows.
3. Ventilation - Do not close the room for a long period of time. Occasionally open the door and windows to allow the entrance of fresh air.
4. Do not forget to clean the air filter as dusty air will reduce the air volume and cooling efficiency. Clean the air filter every 2 weeks.
